Choosing Between Two-Section and Three-Section Telescopic Clubs

A telescopic golf club collapses into itself so it travels in a suitcase, a teaching bag or a compact retail carton. There are two configurations, and the decision usually comes down to packed length versus the feel of a longer shaft.

Two-section telescopic club. The club adjusts from 53.5 cm at its shortest to 90 cm at full extension, built on a 2.3 cm diameter aluminium-alloy shaft with an aluminium-alloy club head carrying a grooved face pattern. With only one joint, the shaft runs uninterrupted through most of its length.

Three-section telescopic club. This version packs down to 42 cm and extends to 85 cm, on a wider 2.8 cm aluminium-alloy shaft with a matching aluminium-alloy head and the same grooved face pattern. The extra section gives the shorter packed length that distributors and travel-focused ranges often ask for.

Both share clear scale marks on the shaft, so the player can set the club length at will rather than working to a single fixed setting. Both are finished with a TPE grip whose textured surface is described as non-slip, durable and comfortable in the hand, and both come in black, blue and red. Park Golf: A Different Club Build

Park golf is its own product category, and the DP-01 is built for it rather than adapted from a standard iron. The club combines maple wood, brass, carbon fibre, TPE and PU, and weighs 525 ± 10 g.

The striking element is a 6 mm solid brass hitting plate, finished with a laser bright-gold surface finish that gives the club its distinctive look. Colours are customisable across gold, red, new-red and a red-with-gold-splatter version, so a private-label park-golf range can carry its own identity rather than a stock colourway.

Because park golf is usually sold as a kit, the matching accessories matter as much as the club: a magnetic head cover, an aluminium ferrule, a park-golf grip and a park-golf ball are all available in the same range, which means a distributor can brief one cohesive set instead of sourcing components separately. The aluminium park-golf ferrule measures 19.6 mm outer diameter, 16.0 mm inner diameter and 20.0 mm in height — dimensions worth checking against your existing shaft if you are matching a ferrule to a club already in your range.

The magnetic park-golf head cover is made in PU leather with gold-thread embroidery, a velvet lining and a magnetic closure, so it protects the club while carrying the branding.

A park-golf grip and a park-golf ball complete the set.
