Custom Logo Stamps Manufacturer — 1 pc MOQ, Free Proof

Yichico is a custom stamp factory that turns your own artwork into a working stamp: a company logo, a line of text, a portrait photo, a QR code, a handwritten signature, a school or company emblem, a wedding monogram. You send the file, we send back a free preview proof, you approve it, and we cut the stamp. There is no minimum order — one piece is a normal order for us. Most of our overseas buyers are procurement staff, small-business owners, event and wedding planners, and crafters who need a clean impression on paper, packaging, wood or handmade soap, not a container of stock.

Which Stamp Type Fits the Job You’re Ordering For

Four stamp builds cover almost every request we receive. They differ in how they ink, what they can mark, and how long they last — so the first decision is the job, not the price.

Self-inking photo-polymer stamps

The workhorse for business and events. An ABS shell holds a built-in ink pad, so the stamp re-inks itself on every press and can stamp thousands of times without a separate pad. Photo-polymer surface holds fine detail, which makes it the right choice for logos, QR codes, addresses and small text. It arrives pre-inked and ready to use straight out of the box, and some sellers include three bottles of spare ink with the order. Use it on plain A4 paper, uncoated paper cups, paper bags and gift bags, coated paper, cartons and boxes, wooden items, and even walls. This type must be refilled with photo-polymer ink only — ordinary stamp ink will damage the pad and the polymer surface. This is also the type to choose if burr-free edges matter to you; the moulded photo-polymer face gives the cleanest edge of the four, while rubber faces can show a slight burr.

Transparent acrylic stamps and handmade soap stamps

A high-clarity acrylic block lets you see straight through the stamp, so you can position the impression exactly where you want it on a soap bar, a card or a label. The imported polymer surface reproduces photo-grade detail — the finest line we hold is about 0.1 mm, which is why this type is used for portraits and intricate emblems as well as for soap. Soap stamps are CNC-engraved with a 5° bevel and an engraving height of roughly 3 mm, which releases cleanly from handmade soap instead of tearing the bar. Acrylic is heat-sensitive: it distorts above about 70 °C, so never hot-air dry an acrylic stamp or leave it in a hot car. Handles measure roughly 18 mm diameter × 39 mm high, plate thickness is 4 mm, and the stamp body is often about 2 cm thick. Like rubber stamps, this is a pad-type stamp — no ink pad is included, you stamp it onto a separate pad. Soap impression timing changes with your soap recipe and the weather, so always test-stamp a spare bar first.

Beechwood-handle rubber stamps

The classic office stamp. A beech-wood handle about 5 cm high carries a moulded rubber face in red, black or grey, used with a separate ink pad. Office rubber stamps are laser-engraved and hold up to repeated pressing — they are waterproof and drop-resistant. Impression sizes run from roughly 10 × 35 mm up to 80 × 105 mm, which covers date stamps, signature blocks, approval marks and small logos.

Large carton, wood and wall stamps

When the impression has to be big and readable from a distance, we build a large format stamp: a regular size around 30 × 20 cm, and an extra-large around 40 × 12 cm, with custom content and custom size available. These are used for shipping cartons, wooden crates, packaging and wall marking.

Impression Size, Artwork Measuring and How Pricing Works

Every size we quote is the impression size — the printed mark on the surface — not the size of the stamp body or handle. The maximum impression we can produce is about 18 cm long × 10 cm wide.

Measure your artwork yourself, and measure only the artwork: there is no need to add a bleed margin. If you only tell us the length you need, we scale the width proportionally to keep the design undistorted.

Pricing is by impression size, not by complexity. A dense emblem with fine line work and a three-word text stamp of the same dimensions cost the same, because the work on our side is the same. If you are weighing two sizes, choose the smaller one that still reads clearly — that is where the saving is.

Artwork Files That Stamp Cleanly the First Time

  • Vector first: AI, CDR, EPS or PDF. Gradients are best avoided and fewer colours are better.
  • Raster accepted: PSD, PNG, JPG or BMP at high resolution.
  • Simplest is best: clean monochrome line art produces the sharpest stamp. Gradients and soft photographic shading do not engrave as smooth tone — they are converted into line or dot patterns, so send a flat black-and-white version wherever you can.
  • Layered files: one colour per layer. A slight misregistration between colours in a multi-colour stamp is normal and expected.
  • Line and text minimums for wooden stamps: lines thicker than 0.2 mm, Chinese characters at least 2 mm high, Latin characters at least 1 mm high.
  • Text and lettering: we set Chinese name stamps in calligraphic fonts including Song, Li, Kai, Xingkai, Zhuan and FangSong.

If your file is not print-ready, say so in your message — free design and a free preview proof are part of the order, and we will clean up or rebuild the artwork before anything is cut.

Surfaces These Custom Stamps Can Mark

Paper cups (uncoated), paper bags and gift bags, coated paper, cartons and boxes, wooden items, metal products, circuit boards, fabrics and clothing, handmade soap bars, and walls. One practical note: photo-polymer ink is formulated for plain A4-type paper and similar absorbent stock; it does not perform well on glossy surfaces. Tell us the material with your enquiry and we will confirm which of the four stamp types suits it.

Ordering, Free Proofs and Lead Times

  1. Send your artwork and tell us the impression size, the stamp type and the ink colour you want.
  2. We return a free preview proof — check spelling, layout and dimensions carefully, because this proof is what we cut from.
  3. Approve the proof and we start production.
  4. We ship, and you receive a stamp that is ready to use.

Because there is no minimum, you can order a single stamp for a wedding, a one-off sample for a client approval, or a batch for a whole team. Sample time is 1-3 days. Production time is 2-10 days. Straightforward orders are frequently dispatched in about 48 hours, or two working days, after proof confirmation, weekends excluded, and a rush service is available on request — some orders can be turned around the same day.

Custom-made items cannot be returned for a no-reason refund once production has started, since the stamp exists only for you. If something is genuinely our fault, we remake it free: engraving errors, damage in transit, blurry impressions, or ink leakage on arrival.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the sizes you quote the size of the stamp or the size of the printed mark?
All quoted sizes are the impression size — the mark left on the surface — not the stamp body or handle size. Measure your artwork itself and send us that measurement; no bleed margin is needed. If you give us only the length, we scale the width proportionally. Maximum impression size is about 18 cm × 10 cm.
Which ink should I use, and does the stamp come with an ink pad?
Self-inking photo-polymer stamps have a built-in pad and arrive pre-inked and ready to use — refill them with photo-polymer ink only, because other inks will damage the stamp. Rubber stamps and acrylic soap stamps are pad-type stamps and do not include an ink pad; you use them with a separate pad. Rubber faces are available in red, black or grey.
What ink colour will I get if I don't specify one?
Red is the default. We offer 10 ink colour options in total, including blue and black, so tell us your preference when you order. A slight shade difference from what you see on screen, or between production batches, is normal and unavoidable.
Can I return a custom stamp if I change my mind?
Custom-made stamps cannot be returned for a no-reason refund once production has started, because the stamp is made specifically for you. However, if there is an engraving error, transit damage, a blurry impression or ink leakage when it arrives, contact us and we will remake it free of charge.
How fast can you produce and ship an order?
Sample time is 1-3 days and production time is 2-10 days, depending on the stamp type and quantity. Simple orders are often dispatched in about 48 hours (two working days) after you approve the proof, excluding weekends. A rush service is available — some orders can be completed the same day — so ask us if you are working to a deadline.
