Custom Rings Made to Order from Your Design

Yichi Custom Products is a custom ring manufacturer in China producing made-to-order rings for jewelry brands and small labels, gift and souvenir companies, sports clubs, schools, event agencies and e-commerce sellers. Send us your artwork, photo, name, logo or concept, and we cast and hand-finish each piece to order in sterling silver, titanium steel, K gold, pure gold or PT950 platinum, with natural gemstones available on request. The same workshop also produces matching necklaces, earrings, bracelets and bangles, so one approved design can become a complete collection.

Minimum order is 1 pc, sample time is 1-3 days, and production time is 2-10 days. With 15 years of professional custom-jewelry experience behind the bench, we quote per design rather than per catalog number.

Custom Ring Materials Compared: Silver, Titanium Steel, K Gold and PT950

The material you choose drives weight, wear behavior and price, so it is the first decision we walk through with every buyer.

S999 fine silver and S925 sterling silver. Silver is offered in two grades: S999 fine silver as the default, with S925 sterling silver also available. Silver takes hand engraving, oxidized and antique finishes and stone inlay particularly well, which makes it a practical choice for detailed crests, signatures and patterned bands.

Titanium steel. A titanium-steel ring is built to a face of 18 × 16 mm, weighs approximately 20 g and measures 3.3 mm thick. It comes in gold, silver, blue and black. Each ring is finely polished and vacuum-plated, which makes the color fast — it never fades — and the ring hypoallergenic, resistant to deformation, safe to wear while washing, and rust-free.

K gold, pure gold and PT950 platinum. For higher-value pieces, buyers select K gold, pure gold or PT950 platinum. These are the materials we recommend when a ring is intended as an engagement piece, a keepsake or a premium retail SKU.

Engraving and Surface Finishes: What Your Design Can Look Like

Engraving is where most custom ring projects become personal. We support any font, and a ring can be engraved on up to 3 faces — so an outside band, an inside message and a side face can each carry different artwork. Logos, school crests, patterns, text and signatures are all accepted. Laser engraving is free of charge.

Our workshop combines hand engraving, lost-wax casting, 3D printing, silver sculpting, goldsmithing and hammering / forging. Surface finishes include mirror, matte, brushed, antique / oxidized and stone inlay, and they can be mixed — a matte band with a mirror-polished crest, or an oxidized background that makes raised lettering read clearly at a glance.

Share your artwork file or even a rough sketch and we will confirm what is achievable before quoting — send your design.

Getting the Size Right Before Production Starts

Custom rings are made to your measurements, so sizing accuracy matters more than anything else on the order form. We work in the Hong Kong ring-size system and accept three measuring methods: the string method, the existing-ring inner-diameter method, and counter measurement at a local jeweler.

As a reference guide: for women, sizes 15-17 are considered slim and 11-13 are the most common. For men, 7-10 are slim, 18-21 are the most common, 22-26 are larger, and 13-16 are also larger. These ranges are a starting point only — please measure twice. We provide a size chart before ordering so you can confirm every size in a multi-ring or bulk order.

Need the chart before you commit to a design? Ask our team and we will send it over.

Gemstone and Inlay Options Available on Request

Stones can be set into a custom ring on request, either as a center stone or as inlay work across the band. Available stones include ruby, tourmaline, emerald, tanzanite, aquamarine, sapphire, tsavorite, citrine, peridot, opal, topaz, garnet, morganite, amethyst, natural diamond and GIA diamond.

If your buyer needs documentation, rings can be submitted for third-party appraisal and certification, arranged by the factory. Please allow extra handling time for certification when planning your delivery date.

From Sketch to Finished Ring: How Custom Orders Work

The process is deliberately short, because most of the risk sits in the design stage rather than the bench.

  1. Agree the design. You state the material, style, pattern and engraving in words or sketches.
  2. We quote. Pricing is based on material, process and complexity.
  3. Deposit and 3D render. Once the deposit is paid, we deliver a 3D modelling render for your approval.
  4. Production. Manufacturing begins only after you approve the render.

A change of design after the render may incur extra cost, and once physical production has started the order is non-refundable, as these are custom items made specifically for you.

This structure is what makes us a workable OEM / ODM custom ring supplier for brands and a wholesale partner for resellers who need repeatable results across batches. Ready to start at step one? Send your design brief.

Championship and Team Rings for Leagues and Schools

Team and championship work is a core part of what we produce. School crests, basketball and football league logos, and “Champion / Runner-up / Third place” engraving are all supported, with up to 3 engraved faces per ring so the event, the placement and the recipient’s name can each have their own face.

Beyond sport, buyers use the same service for couple and engagement rings, memorial and keepsake rings, and promotional pieces. If your project sits closer to a giveaway than a championship, our promotional gifts range covers the same factory and the same customization workflow.
