You need a swim cap that does more than cover hair. You need a cap that fits your team, your event, and your performance standards. Our custom silicone swim caps give you exactly that: a one-piece molded cap with your design printed in HD, built from materials that stretch, seal, and last.

We offer six material grades in one production facility. That means you don’t have to shop around for different cap types. You choose the grade that matches your swimmers’ needs — from a child taking first swim lessons to a competitive racer shaving seconds off a 100-meter freestyle.

For printed caps, we use food-grade platinum vulcanized silicone. This is a higher standard than ordinary silicone. It’s safer for sensitive skin, softer on the scalp, and provides a better surface for detail printing. Our high-elasticity ink fuses with the cap surface, so the logo moves with the silicone instead of sitting on top of it. The print resists stretching, cracking, and fading.

Sizes follow real head dimensions, not guesswork. We provide ranges so you can select the right fit for your group:

• Children regular: ~17–18 cm wide × 17–21 cm high
• Adult regular: ~18–19.5 cm wide × 19.5–22 cm high
• Adult large: ~20 cm wide × 20–22 cm high
• Adult extra-large / racing: ~19.5–23 cm wide × 19.5–23 cm high

Head circumference guidance:

• 50–58 cm: loose fit
• 58–60 cm: medium fit
• 60 cm+: tight fit

For swimmers with long hair, we recommend the large or extra-large silicone caps. The high-elasticity silicone stretches to 2–3 times its original size without losing shape. The racing sphere cap adds a raised 3D center that reduces water resistance, making it the right choice for competition use.

Comfort details matter in daily use. Our caps include a thickened cap edge — a small construction change that significantly improves comfort around the forehead and ears while extending the lifespan of the cap. The cap covers the ears closely for anti-slip security without feeling too tight.

Safety and material compliance is non-negotiable for us. Our printing inks pass EU ROHS, PAHs, REACH 205 items, VOC, CA Prop 65, BPA, and halogen-free requirements. They also comply with GB6675.4-2014. This gives you confidence when ordering caps for children, school programs, or large events where compliance documentation is required.

Caps are lightweight, quick-dry, and easy to clean. Rinse with fresh water after each use and air dry in shade.

Customization Options

Your logo is the priority. We print custom logos, text, patterns, and QR codes on all our silicone and PU caps. Accepted file formats include PSD, AI, PDF, CDR, and PNG.

We offer two printing approaches:

• HD digital printing on food-grade platinum silicone — the best choice for complex multi-color logos, gradients, or photo-style patterns.
• High-elasticity ink printing — a single-color or spot-color option that stretches with the cap and resists fading.

Pre-designed patterns are also available: cartoon, anime, dragon, butterfly, fish scale, fox, and more. If you have a new pattern in mind, we can adjust colors and produce a sample before your bulk order.

Color options include 21 solid colors: black, white, pink, red, purple, blue, sky blue, lake blue, navy, royal blue, yellow, light yellow, orange, green, light green, dark green, gray, silver, flesh pink, wine red, and Chinese red.

Custom weight and custom mold options are available. Standard cap weights range from approximately 42 g to 75 g depending on style. If you need a specific weight for performance or comfort reasons — such as 50 g for youth swimmers or 65 g for racing caps — we can match that specification. We can also develop a custom mold shape for larger orders or unique design needs.

Packaging is a retail and team consideration, not an afterthought. Default packaging is a simple OPP bag. Upgrade options include:

• PP frosted box

Choose premium packaging for retail shelves or gift sets. Choose the OPP bag for team distribution and bulk orders.

MOQ: 1 piece. You can order a single custom swim cap for testing, personal use, or a replacement for one team member. No minimum quantity forces you to order more than you need.

Samples: 1–3 days. We prepare a printed sample of your design within 1–3 days so you can check fit, print quality, and color accuracy before committing to a full production run.

Production: 2–10 days. After sample approval, production takes just 2–10 days depending on quantity and customization complexity.

Color difference note: A 10–20% color variation between your screen and the printed cap is normal. We recommend ordering a sample for critical color matching.
