Printing & Finishing Quality

We print on a Heidelberg press — the industry standard for professional color accuracy and consistency. Our ink is vegetable oil-based, which means it’s eco-friendly and produces zero chemical smell during events. This matters more than you might think: in enclosed venues like concert halls, auditoriums, and ballrooms, solvent-based inks can release an unpleasant odor. Our programs stay neutral, even in large quantities stacked backstage.

Color reproduction is HD quality, with smooth gradients and sharp text down to small print. Cutting is clean with no burrs or rough edges — every program card feels finished and professional.

One thing we state upfront: color difference of 10-15% between your screen (RGB) and the printed result (CMYK) is normal. This is an industry-wide reality, not a defect. By being transparent about it, we help you set accurate expectations and avoid post-print surprises. If exact color matching is critical, we recommend requesting a physical proof before full production.
